Web parcel pickup as an additional method to pick up the parcel (without the Direct4.me mobile app)

Being committed to the simplicity of service, Direct4.me added another method for parcel pickup (without the Direct4.me mobile app or user registration).

Direct4.me is offering various options to pick up and send parcels, including the Direct4.me User Mobile App and an Interactive Voice Response Phone Service.

To further extend the range of options, we now added a "Web parcel pickup" as well. By clicking on a link in the delivery notification (i.e., SMS, WhatApp, Viber, or similar) and following the instructions on the opened website, users can get their parcels without any registration or downloading the app.
